Every Centro consultation begins with a 10-minute analysis covering five dimensions: face structure, hair density, growth pattern, daily styling routine, and your real maintenance level. The cut is then designed around what you can actually maintain at home, not what looks good only after a salon blowout.

THE 5-STEP CENTRO PRECISION METHOD
Step 1: Consultation
Your stylist studies your face shape, hair pattern, and lifestyle. We look at how you currently style your hair, what frustrates you about your current cut, and how much daily effort you are willing to invest. We then propose a cut design and explain how it will grow out.
Step 2: Wash and Pre-Treatment
A relaxed wash with L'Oreal Professionnel shampoo selected for your hair type. For colored or chemically treated hair, we apply a pre-cut conditioning treatment to ensure even cutting tension across the hair shaft.
Step 3: Sectional Dry Cutting
We cut on dry hair first to assess natural fall, cowlicks, and growth direction. This prevents the common problem of hair "shifting" after wet cutting and looking different once dry.
Step 4: Wet Refinement Cut
Precision shaping with razor or scissor on damp hair to create movement and softness. Layers, weight removal, and texture work happen at this stage.
Step 5: Style and Hand-Off
We blow-dry and style your finished look, then teach you how to recreate it at home. We recommend the right L'Oreal Professionnel or Kerastase products for your specific hair, no upselling, only what you actually need.

Centro's 7-Day Promise covers every cut. If you are not satisfied with the result for any reason, return within 7 days of your appointment for a complimentary adjustment at no charge. For most clients, every 8 to 12 weeks. Short or sharp cuts (bobs, pixie cuts, fringes) need touch-ups every 6 to 8 weeks to maintain shape. Long hair can stretch to 12 to 14 weeks between cuts. Your stylist will recommend a schedule during your consultation based on your specific cut and how fast your hair grows.
Yes. Book Creative Director Kevin Woo or Artistic Director Celine Yap directly through our online booking, WhatsApp, or phone. Director-level slots are limited and fill quickly. We recommend booking 2 to 3 weeks in advance for Kevin and 1 to 2 weeks for Celine, especially for weekends.
Yes. Centro Salon serves both men and women. Men's precision cuts start from RM125 with a Senior Stylist. We have stylists experienced in classic men's barbering as well as fashion-forward men's styles. Mention your preference when booking and we will match you with the right stylist.
We use L'Oreal Professionnel and Kerastase exclusively. Pre-cut treatment, shampoo, conditioner, and styling products are all from these two authorized brands. We are an authorized stocking salon for both. Take-home retail products are available if you want to recreate your salon style at home.
